Location: Weirton, WV
Duration: 06 months of contract to hire | Onsite
Pay Range: $70/Hr. to $75/Hr.

Job Description:
- Serve as the senior technical authority on the floor during overnight hours, making autonomous decisions on escalations, downtime response, and operational continuity without day-shift support structures.
- Mentor, and set daily priorities for a team of night shift technicians, stabilizing line cadence, building team capability, and driving accountability to production targets.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators: specifically OEE, yield, and cycle times, to identify bottlenecks and implement data-driven improvements that carry forward to day-shift handoff.
- Apply strong mechanical intuition to assess equipment and process issues on the fly, ensuring that proposed fixes are robust, safe, and effective, not just stop-gaps.
