EXPERIENCED LEASING AGENT | $16–$19/HR + COMMISSION | YARDI REQUIRED

If you have 3+ years of apartment or property leasing experience and you're confident using Yardi, we want to hear from you.

Our client is looking for a proven Leasing Agent who knows how to generate leasing leads, conduct tours, follow up with prospects, close leases, and help maintain strong occupancy and resident retention.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Respond to prospective residents and generate leasing opportunities
• Conduct property tours and showcase available units
• Follow up with prospects and close leases
• Process applications, leases, move-ins, and renewals
• Maintain accurate leasing activity and resident records in Yardi
• Work toward occupancy, leasing, and retention goals
• Build strong relationships with residents and prospective residents
• Handle questions and resolve resident concerns professionally

WHAT YOU NEED

• 3+ years of leasing experience — REQUIRED
• Yardi experience — REQUIRED
• Apartment or multifamily leasing experience preferred
• Proven ability to convert prospects into leases
• Strong follow-up and closing skills
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Organized, dependable, and goal-oriented
• Knowledge of Fair Housing requirements
