About the Position

AlliedTravelCareers is working with Jackson HealthPros to find a qualified Ultrasound in Grafton, Wisconsin, 53024!

Join the Jackson HealthPros team as an Ultrasound Technologist (also known as a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer) where you’ll use your expertise to operate specialized ultrasound equipment to produce high quality images that are used by physicians to diagnose and treat medical conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

• National certification in specialty from the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) or from Cardiovascular Credentialing International.
• 2 years of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist / Sonographer.
• BLS certification.
• Ability to perform General, OB/GYN, and Vascular studies.
• Competency to work on Parks Flo-lab unit.
• Competency with GE E10 and E9 ultrasound systems preferred.
• Experience with EPIC electronic medical record system.
• Experience with McKesson PACS.
• If assigned to overnight shifts, OB certification required.

Preferred Qualifications

• EPIC experience preferred (if not already listed in minimums).
• Experience performing ABIs, reflux studies, venous insufficiency mapping, and carotids.

Assignment Details

• Thursday 12:00 PM - 12:00 AM.
• Friday and Saturday 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM.
• Will perform portable exams on the floors as needed.
• Weekend rotation: 1 weekend per contract.
• Holiday expectation: on call 1 holiday per contract.
• Orientation: 1 week with a preceptor.
• May work varying shift lengths including 8, 9, 10, or 12-hour shifts; schedule is set by Lead Tech weeks in advance.
