Contract Recruiter Job Description The Contract Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for contract positions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in recruiting, customer service, and have a strong understanding of the contract staffing industry. Responsibilities: Sourcing candidates through a variety of channels, including online job boards, social media, and networking Screening candidates for job fit and qualifications Interviewing candidates and presenting them to clients Negotiating contracts with candidates and clients Managing the onboarding process for new hires Providing ongoing support to clients and candidates Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field 3-10 years of experience in recruiting, preferably in the contract staffing industry Strong understanding of the contract staffing industry and the different types of contracts available Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational and time management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite To apply for this position, please send your resume and cover letter #J-18808-Ljbffr
