About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team on a part-time basis. As an LPN on our team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our skilled nursing staff to deliver high-quality patient care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital signs
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Monitoring and reporting patient status to the Charge Nurse and/or physician
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest level of patient care
