Step into a rewarding role serving students as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a dynamic educational team near Lakewood, WA. This position supports Midland Elementary’s Resource Room and offers the flexibility to work onsite or through a virtual/remote option (VOCO). The assignment begins as soon as possible and runs through June 23, 2027—providing stability and the chance to make a lasting impact.

As an SLP, you will work with a caseload of 40–50 students, helping them unlock their communication potential and supporting their growth in an inclusive school environment. This is an excellent fit for professionals certified with CCC and experienced in a school-based setting.

What You’ll Bring:

• Active WA State Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) license
• Completion of OSPI fingerprinting requirements
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Previous experience delivering SLP services in schools
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Comfort working with diverse student populations and supporting IEP goals
• Ability to adapt to both in-person and remote/VOCO educational models
