Labcorp is seeking a skilled and dedicated Clinical Content Analyst to join our team in Durham, NC. As a Clinical Content Analyst, you will play a vital role in the development of clinical content within our smart logic system. Reporting to the Director, you will collaborate closely with physician leadership and facilitate the creation, maintenance, quality assurance, and delivery of medical rules. Your expertise and attention to detail will ensure the accurate documentation of algorithms, recommendations, and supporting data. Effective communication with key stakeholders is also a crucial part of this role.

This role is focusing on their results portion of the specialty testing process. The folks successful in this role typically come from a scientific background and have an understanding of data. They are authoring the content you typically see with your lab results. They will be partners with a clinician to understand requirements from providers to make sure appropriate information is being pushed to the patients once they receive results.


Ex) if you received an abnormal blood test for your thyroid you should order "XYZ test" and follow up with your provider immediately. Or "xyz" results are of no concern for "xyz" but could be a concern for something else. They have data algorithms to follow to push information to patients via their patient portals. These folks are authoring the content for that.


They will also need to have the ability to build a relationships with clinicians and providers. Often times providers are hard to gather information from as they are busy and assume everyone knows what they know. This person needs to be able to push and ask questions to gather the appropriate amount of information to put into effective content.

*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $60.00/hr.
