Physical Therapist (PT) A Physical Therapist (PT) assesses and develops treatment plans for patients to help them regain movement, reduce pain, and improve physical function. Responsibilities include evaluating patient needs, administering therapeutic exercises, providing hands‑on treatment, and documenting progress.
