What we’re looking for Adams employees are expected to provide friendly service to our valuable customers, ensuring that each experience reflects the commitment to providing quality products that Adams is known for. For the Customer Service Associate, this means assisting our valuable customers either over the phone or in person and being a key role in upholding our reputation for a friendly, knowledgeable and helpful customer service office. Your Day-to-Day Accurately count, setup, and distribute tills. Process and reconcile cashier and department cash drawers using the office software system. Answer phone calls and transfer them to other departments, if necessary. Prepare and process beginning and end of day deposits. Assist customers and employees with their purchases or returns at the window. Refill and upkeep the office and its needed supplies. Be familiar with the register POS System; along with the steps of processing a return. Be familiar with the store layout and the whereabouts of different items. If assigned; write checks, process/distribute petty cash, and sort all departments incoming mail. What you bring to the Farm Provide excellent customer service to all customers and employees. Sustain a clean and organized Office space. Willingness to learn and demonstrate Adams’ culture and values Ability to learn and operate Adams’ point of sale systems Willingness to work collaboratively and communicate with a team of co-workers and managers Exhibit enthusiasm, positivity and/or knowledge about Adams’ products and quality Working Conditions Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
