BluePoint Mortgage is looking for a driven and dynamic Recruiter to join our growing team! This role is key to scaling our Wholesale Account Executive team as we expand our national footprint. What You’ll Do – Recruit top-performing Wholesale Account Executives across key markets – Partner closely with sales leadership to align hiring efforts with growth goals – Develop and maintain robust pipelines of qualified candidates – Manage the full recruiting lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to offers and onboarding – Represent BluePoint’s values and culture throughout the hiring experience What We’re Looking For – Proven success in recruiting (mortgage or sales roles a plus) – Excellent communication and relationship-building skills – Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with ATS platforms – A proactive, resourceful, and solutions-focused mindset – Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment This field is for validation purposes and should be left unchanged.
