Works Plumbing in Pacifica, CA, is hiring full-time and part-time Customer Service Representatives . Are you great on the phone? This Plumbing Customer Service Representative position pays a competitive hourly wage . We have flexible schedules available with no mandatory work on Saturdays and Sundays and no mandatory on-call . For those who would like to work on Saturdays, we offer an optional shift. We also offer medical, dental, life insurance, paid vacation, paid time off (PTO), and on-the-job training . ABOUT WORKS PLUMBING
Since 2000, Works Plumbing has provided full-service plumbing maintenance and repairs, as well as clogged drain cleaning, 24 hours a day. We also specialize in water heater repairs and installations. We understand the desire for affordable, efficient, and quality services. To save our clients' money, we constantly evaluate our operating costs. Reducing wasteful spending is how we deliver pricing that won't break the bank without sacrificing top-quality service.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PLUMBING CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
As a Plumbing Customer Service Representative, you arrive each day ready to ensure our clients are heard and receive the best possible customer service. Most of your day is spent in an office environment, on the phone or at a computer. You receive incoming client calls, assist them with their plumbing needs, and dispatch service calls to field technicians.
With great attention to detail, you schedule calls to provide prompt, convenient service and maximize our field technicians' time and mileage. You keep clients updated and informed. You enjoy interacting with our clients and technicians and love keeping busy with a variety of tasks. You feel good about ensuring that our clients are satisfied, all parties are well-informed, and everything runs smoothly.

QUALIFICATIONS
Excellent communication and phone skills
Happy and positive attitude
Basic computer skills; task-oriented
Ability to pass a background check and drug test
Can you manage your time effectively? Are you attentive to detail and able to create efficient schedules for our technicians? Do you have fantastic customer service skills? Are you friendly and able to empathize with others? Do you enjoy talking on the phone and understand good phone etiquette? Are you motivated and career-oriented?
