If you're detail-oriented, dependable, and enjoy working in a fast-paced healthcare environment, we'd love to meet you!What You'll DoCollect, clean, disinfect, and sterilize dental instruments and equipment following OSHA, CDC, and state guidelinesOperate sterilization equipment, including autoclaves and ultrasonic cleanersPackage and organize instruments using proper sterilization methodsMonitor sterilization cycles, biological indicators, and testing logsPerform routine maintenance and quality checks on sterilization equipmentInfection Control & Clinical ReadinessClean and disinfect treatment rooms between patientsPrepare and break down procedure trays and clinical setupsMaintain a safe, sterile, and organized clinical environmentProperly handle and dispose of biohazardous waste and sharpsInventory & Supply ManagementMonitor inventory levels and restock sterilization suppliesAssist with ordering and maintaining supply inventoryKeep storage areas organized and efficientTeam SupportEnsure clinical staff have clean, sterilized instruments when neededPrepare treatment setups based on daily schedulesCommunicate proactively regarding equipment concerns or workflow delaysCompliance & SafetyFollow all HIPAA, OSHA, CDC, and infection control protocolsStay current on required training and safety proceduresReport equipment issues or safety concerns promptlyRequirementsWhat We're Looking ForPrevious experience in dental sterilization or sterile processing preferred, but we're willing to train the right candidateStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityReliable, organized, and able to multitask in a busy clinical environmentPositive attitude with excellent teamwork and communication skillsPassion for supporting outstanding patient care
