Opentext Technologies Implementation Specialist

Hands on experience on analysis and implementation, configuration, development and administration of various OpenText Technologies' products including Livelink/Content Server, Archive Server, Infofusion Integration Center, Capture Center and OpenText Application Governance & Archiving for Microsoft SharePoint (AGA), Enterprise Library, Opentext Directory Services, xECM.

Experience with OpenText environments including Content Server 9.7.1 (Livelink+), Content Server 10, Content Server 10.5, OpenText Archive Server.

Senior resource having strong experience on OpenText implementation, upgrades, migrations and support.

Experience on working with ECM Records Management (RM) domains, e.g. classification, retention, preservation, disposition, as well as associated technology components, e.g. OpenText Content Server, Archive Link, Extended ECM, Document Pipeline, Enterprise Scan, etc.

Installation and Configuration of OpenText components.

Working experience on Document Archiving related requirements including workflows, reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms.

Hand on experience with modifications in existing Workflow Maps and its HTML Views (Workflow Maps, Form Templates and Forms).

Proficient in the development of SQL and Oracle queries.

Prior experience operating within an Agile development environment.

Experience with Oracle database integration and understanding of Livelink Schema as well as query optimization.

Good understanding about concepts like compound documents, physical objects, transmittals and workflows.

Hands on experience using modules like Live Reports, Web Reports, Rendition, eLink, eSign, Workflow, Web Forms, Content Move, Case management, Record Management, Classification/Taxonomy, Object Importer and Exporter.

Experience in development using Web services, OScript, JavaScript, .NET development, CSS, HTML, JavaScript, XML/XSL, and creating or interfacing with web services Livelink API (LAPI), Brava along with other Content Server modules.

Good knowledge of Object Oriented Programming concepts.

Work closely with ECM Team, Process Teams, and Basis Team to define test scenarios and obtain client sign-off.

Experience in OpenText migration using the 3rd party tools like ShareGate and Metalogix is preferred.

Experience with understanding of the requirements of the customer and designing software solutions and intranet Portal application as per the requirements.

Create high level and detailed design documents with appropriate patterns and standards to best meet business requirements and functional specifications.

Plan, analyze and design various implementation model and decide for best possible solution for the client.

Drive proofs-of-concept or pilots that leverage our technology and establish the path for a reusable operations or implementation process.

Experience on OpenText Integration Center preferred.

Knowledge of Virtualization, Windows AD, Exchange, DNS & Microsoft clusters.

Ability to work as an Individual Contributor and adapt within a team.

Need to have good Analytical thinking and Logical reasoning to manage and prioritize multiple activities.
