Responsibilities include: Conducting recruitment activities to promote the medical school program, including outreach to prospective students and advocacy of school resources. Providing substantive information on student programs to applicants, colleagues, and the broader institution. Evaluating applications for admission and making determinations using established guidelines. Managing the application review process and ensuring timely communication with candidates. Collaborating with the admissions team to maintain accurate applicant records. Participating in continuing education and professional development related to admissions and recruitment best practices. This position may offer a hybrid work schedule with three days onsite and two days remote. Occasionally additional campus presence may be required depending on workload. Qualifications Current work authorization to accept a UCR staff position. The University is unable to sponsor or assume sponsorship of an employment visa. Experience in recruitment and/or admissions within an academic setting preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross‑functional teams. Commitment to the University’s values and adherence to all applicable policies and agreements. Compensation The full salary range for this position is $56,000 to $96,400 annually.
