Forklift Operator - 2nd Shift

Shift: 5:00 PM-5:15 AM Hourly Rate: $21.25 an hour + $0.00 shift differential Forklift Operator (Night Shift) Reporting to the Warehouse Team Lead, you will stage, maintain, and move raw materials and finished goods within the warehouse. You will join a team of 200 associates at our Henning, Illinois manufacturing facility, where we produce cooking sprays, including PAM. A Taste of Your Responsibilities * Complete daily forklift inspections and manage the unloading and staging of raw materials. * Prepare production runs by retrieving raw materials through the bar-coding system and creating accurate pallet tags for each pallet. * Handle finished goods by moving products to the warehouse for inventory and ensuring correct order placement through the bar-coding system. * Confirm shipment staging, bill accuracy, correct lot codes, and product information. * Maintain a clean work area to comply with food safety and Occupational Safety and Health Administration requirements. * Work a Monday through Friday schedule on the 5:00 PM to 5:15 AM shift. * Support production demands through overtime when required. Ingredients Required for Your Success * High school diploma or GED. * Previous forklift experience preferred. * Commitment to workplace safety and food safety standards. * Willingness to work overtime as needed to fulfill production demand. * Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds. * Starting pay: $21.25 per hour.
