We're looking for experienced Bartenders to join our team and help us open our third US restaurant. As a HawksmoorBartender, youplay a key role in the smooth and successful operation of the bar.Youare responsible forconsistentlydeliveringHawksmoor’s servicestandardsand creating outstanding guest experiences. Working closely with the wider team, you help ensure every drink is served at itsbest,and every guest feels genuinely looked after.Hawksmoor isproud tobean inclusive workplace that welcomes everyone and lives by its values.Responsibilities include but are not limited to: GuestExperience Prepareall Hawksmoormenu drinks & classic cocktailsconfidently and accurately. Build rounds efficiently, ensuringdrinks are servedpromptly andatoptimalquality. Make knowledgeable and engaging recommendations across cocktails, spirits (including whiskey), wine, and beer. Maintain a strong understanding of the food menu to confidently guide guest choices. Keep the back bar and bar top clean, organized, and visually appealing throughout service. FollowHawksmoorSteps of Service and service standardsconsistently. Maintain up-to-date menu knowledge and handle guest feedback, complaints, or quality issues with confidence and professionalism. Actively contribute ideas for menu development, events, and bar initiatives. TeamEngagement & Culture EmbodyHawksmoor’svalues with a positive, proactive, and professional attitude. Physical and Mental Demands Mobility: Must be able to move continuously around the dining room, kitchen, and bar areas during the shift. Lifting & Carrying: Occasionally lifts and carries trays, plates, and items weighing up to ~ 25 to 30 lbs. Communication: Ability toclearly and effectively communicate with guests, kitchen staff, and management. Cognitive: Ability to process guest requests, manage multiple tables simultaneously, and prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Work Environment: While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly exposed to moderate to loud noise levels consistent with a high-volume restaurant.
