Job Details: Job Title: RN (Registered Nurse) Location: Martinsburg, WV Setting: Hospital Pay Range: 2077.60 - 2181.48 Schedule: 12's 7-7:30 for both day or night shifts (she is open to 8 hr shifts - some of the staff do 8's) Contract Length: 13 weeks Candidate Type: Traveler Requirements: Connect with your recruiter for role-specific requirements. Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care in a MedSurg unit with 21 beds, including private and semi-private rooms. Monitor and manage patient vital signs, including basic arrhythmia knowledge and recognition of fatal rhythms. Administer IV medications such as Heparin and Protonix via IV gtts. Collaborate with hospitalist or intensivist in house 24/7. Follow hospital protocols for patient safety and documentation. Adhere to unit-specific procedures and safety standards, including appropriate scrubs and attire. Ensure compliance with all holiday and weekend staffing requirements. Document patient care accurately in EPIC EMR and support unit operations. Participate in orientation and training, including Epic and Net Learning modules. Float between MedSurg units, with exceptions for ED or Behavioral Health. Maintain attendance and punctuality as per hospital policies. Why Choose VyTalent Solutions?
