Family Nurse Practitioner opening in Arizona Located in Winslow, AZ - just 50 miles from Flagstaff, AZ Full-time, permanent opening Hospital-employedSeeking a full-time experienced and professional Family Nurse Practitioner to add to the team. The outpatient clinic is approximately 50 miles east of Flagstaff, Arizona. The team consists of 1 FNP, 3 FPs, 2 OBGYNs, 1 General Surgeon certified in wound care and visiting specialists in Podiatry, Urology, and Cardiology. We are a compassionate and caring facility in a family-oriented community. Enjoy the stress free pleasures of small town living with benefit of a fast paced stimulatingwork environment.Responsible for providing primary care services, including assessing and managing patients in the clinic following established standards and practices. Education: Bachelor's Degree (B.A.) from four year college or university Successful completion of an approved nurse practitioner program Experience Minimum of three years of professional nursing experience in a clinic setting Two years of nurse practitioner experience preferred Computer Skills: Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint Licenses: Current Arizona RN license Current Nurse Practitioner license Certifications: Current BLS certification Current ACLS certification
