Manager, Reimbursement

Reimbursement Manager Full‑time position; remote or hybrid work arrangement available. Responsibilities Record patient net revenue and related reserves for a multi‑hospital system that includes acute care, children’s, and teaching facilities. Ensure compliance with regulations related to governmental and commercial reimbursement programs and mitigate the risk of loss of income. Seek and execute opportunities to increase revenue through effective reimbursement strategies. Provide assistance with patient reimbursement and patient services, supporting field reimbursement initiatives across the assigned territory. Analyze reimbursement data, prepare reports, and offer financial recommendations to maximize system reimbursements. Lead day‑to‑day reimbursement operations and supervise a team of reimbursement analysts. Represent the company’s interests with key products and services, building positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications Experience in reimbursement or revenue‑cycle management within a healthcare setting. Strong understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial reimbursement regulations. Demonstrated ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and provide financial recommendations. Excellent communication skills and the ability to facilitate collaboration and relationship building. Experience managing a territory or team, working independently with decisive judgment. Proven ability to navigate complex reimbursement systems and achieve critical outcomes. Benefits Salary range: $72,300–$120,000 yearly (varies by location and experience). Full‑time employment with potential for growth.
