You will: Drive restaurant performance through sales growth, profitability, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence. Lead, coach, and develop team members to deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service. Build a positive, high-energy culture where team members feel valued, motivated, and recognized. Recruit, hire, and develop top talent to create a strong and engaged team. Manage guest feedback with professionalism and resolve concerns quickly and effectively. Create schedules and manage staffing to support business demands while maintaining labor goals. Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment by upholding all operational and safety standards. Champion Burger King brand standards and execute key initiatives that drive results. What You Bring to the Team We’re looking for leaders who inspire others and know how to drive results.
