Maintenance Assistant

to join our team. In this role, you will assist the Maintenance Supervisor in maintaining the community's physical plant and grounds, helping to ensure a safe, attractive, and comfortable environment for our residents, staff, and visitors. Skills Needed: ·

Requirements: · Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to our residents, family members, customers and staff.

· Prior maintenance experience preferred - drywall, plumbing, painting.

· Knowledge in electrical, heating and cooling helpful.

· High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
