Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.ResponsibilitiesYour Role:Maintain and control the general ledger and various sub-ledgersPrepare and review financial statements, footnotes and partner capital statementsPrepare and review limited partner and general partner allocationsPrepare and review trial balances and work paper productOverall responsibility for client relationships and meetingsProvide technical accounting/industry knowledge to clients, particularly in the Infrastructure spaceBe involved with the preparation of client service plans including annual budgetEstablish plan for new client setup and transitionsCoordinate with Operations group, Financial Statement group, Tax group, and Investor Relations groupCoordinate, manage and monitor external audit processReview private equity fund client's partnership agreements, PPM's and other materialsBe involved with the implementation of fund structures on accounting systemPrepare ad hoc reports as neededReview trading and operations processes for the Company's private equity divisionQualificationsAbout You:8+ years PERE experience in Fund Administration or public/private accounting experienceConfidently display a knowledge of Infrastructure Funds (open/closed ended), regulatory requirements and other reporting guidelinesExperience in managing and marketing a new business unitStrong skills in negotiation, business planning and budgeting, margin analysis, rating agency relations and technical accountingSome familiarity with Investran/YardiSuccessful record of delivering large scale business/technology reengineering initiatives in the private equity, hedge funds and fund of funds businessesKnowledge of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and other comprehensive basis of accountingExperience in reviewing and preparing general ledgers and financial statementsStrong leadership skills and supervisory experience of other professionalsStrong project management skills with attention to detail and proven ability to multi-taskAdvanced computer skills (Microsoft Excel)Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or EconomicsYou have a CPA designation.Your well-being is of paramount importance and central to our success here at Citco.
