Senior District Manager, Immunology Autoantibody Diseases, Gulf Coast

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Senior District Manager for the Gulf Coast territory to lead immunology autoantibody disease sales efforts. This role requires translating enterprise strategy into district execution, managing a high-performing team, and driving customer-focused performance across immunology and rare disease portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Translate regional and enterprise strategy into district priorities with measurable outcomes and execution discipline
• Drive district performance across immunology and rare disease portfolio aligned to patient and business needs
• Hire, develop, and manage high-performing sales team through performance management and development planning
• Build relationships with key customers and stakeholders while strengthening cross-functional partnerships
• Provide field insights to internal partners to inform strategy refinement and support market responsiveness

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree minimum; Master's or MBA preferred
• Eight or more years of pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or healthcare sales and commercial experience
• Two or more years of direct sales management experience with performance management capability
• Valid driver's license and willingness to relocate to Gulf Coast territory
• Ability to travel up to 50%, including overnight and weekend travel
• Experience leading cross-functional collaboration and influencing outcomes beyond direct reports
• Demonstrated coaching and talent development capability with succession planning experience
