As a proud Troutdale native and current Sandy resident, Im passionate about serving the community I call home. I graduated from Mt. Hood Community College and stay actively involved through local volunteer work and partnerships with businesses throughout Multnomah and Clackamas counties. Being part of this community and contributing to its growth is truly fulfillingand Im excited to welcome a new team member who shares that same spirit of service. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Amanda Kimber - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. If you thrive in a supportive role and are eager to learn and grow within the insurance industry, we invite you to apply and become a valued member of our team. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
