Metrologist

Senior Metrologist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Metrologist to join a precision manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on metrology professional with strong dimensional inspection and measurement experience.

Responsibilities:

• Perform dimensional inspections and precision measurements
• Operate/program CMM and other inspection equipment
• Manage calibration and measurement systems
• Interpret GD&T and engineering drawings
• Analyze measurement data and troubleshoot quality issues
• Partner with Quality, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams
• Support continuous improvement and mentor junior team members

Qualifications:

• Several years of metrology/dimensional inspection experience
• Strong knowledge of GD&T and engineering drawings
• CMM programming experience preferred
• Knowledge of calibration, MSA, and Gauge R&R
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
