Role Responsibilities

Education Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical institution.
• Completion of a residency program in Family Medicine accredited by the ACGME.

Certifications

• Certification from the American Board of Family Medicine.
• Eligible for or currently possess an active North Carolina medical license.
• Preferred certifications include BLS and ACLS.
