Seasonal Recruiter

To support increased workforce demand, the full-time Seasonal Recruiter will efficiently identify, engage, and hire high-quality candidates remotely, managing the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to hiring decisions. Key responsibilities Source and engage qualified candidates across various roles while maintaining strong candidate pipelines Manage the full recruitment cycle, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring processes Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience 2+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or related people-focused roles Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with using Workday or other applicant tracking systems (ATS) Understanding of recruitment processes and compliance with employment laws
