Job Summary GP Mobile, one of the largest T‑Mobile premium retailers in the U.S., is looking for high‑motivation individuals to join our Retail Team as Mobile Experts. Role Overview Mobile Experts (ME) work as brand ambassadors, creating excitement around T‑Mobile products and services. They deliver world‑class customer experiences, educate, demonstrate, and recommend solutions, and act as the first step toward becoming a Retail Associate Manager. The role requires completion of new‑employee training and a passion for technology and customer service. What You’ll Do Build proficiency in serving and selling while providing a world‑class customer experience and fostering loyalty. Assist customers in continuing their shopping journey across online, customer care, or in‑store channels. Explore individual customer needs and deliver hands‑on demonstrations of the latest technology. Side‑by‑side sell personalized solutions beyond basic devices and plans, including accessories and IoT products. Approach service and sales needs with composure, integrity, and compassion. Consistently use digital tools and onboard customers, demonstrating our coverage and T‑Mobile plans. Complete training on the T‑Mobile in‑store experience, new skills, and processes. Utilize shift time efficiently, seek information between customers, and stay updated on wireless innovations. Collaborate with T‑Mobile employees across channels to own the customer experience and resolve issues. Identify and hand off small‑business leads. Support team initiatives and help cultivate an inclusive environment. The Experience You’ll Bring Passionate customer advocate who enjoys authentic connection and fun interactions.
