Pay: $17 per hour
Start: October 2026
Temp to Hire
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am – 8pm EST
Schedule assigned upon completion of 4 week training
Title: Sales Representative
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls from consumers and business clients regarding orders, account inquiries, service requests, and issue resolution.
- Build rapport quickly and establish positive customer relationships through professional and engaging interactions.
- Identify customer needs, uncover sales opportunities, and confidently recommend additional products or services that create value and improve customer retention.
- Utilize excellent problem-solving skills to resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to build rapport, uncover customer needs, and identify opportunities to upsell or recommend value-added solutions.
- Previous sales and marketing experience PLUS
- Strong customer service skills combined with excellent sales instincts.
- Ability to confidently recommend solutions that improve customer retention and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Work in our South Charleston office five days a week.
