Job Requirements And Duties

You must be 18 years old, have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record, access to an insured vehicle, and navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the delivery area. You should be able to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings.

Qualifications

General job duties for all store team members include operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing product, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory, and cleaning equipment and facility. Training, communication skills, and essential functions/skills are also required.

Work Conditions

Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions, in-store temperatures ranging from 36 degrees to over 90 degrees, sudden temperature changes, food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters, hot surfaces/tools, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.

Sensing

Talking and hearing on the telephone, near and mid-range vision for most in-store tasks, depth perception, and ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.

Temperaments

Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions.

Physical Requirements

Standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing, and climbing.

Qualifications

Must be 18, have a reliable vehicle, and have a clean motor vehicle record.
