We are seeking a Bilingual HSE Field Specialist for our Belton, TX Division office to play a key role in fostering a strong, proactive safety culture across our road, bridge, and highway construction projects. As an HSE Field Specialist, you'll work closely with operations, supervisors, and craft personnel to promote safety awareness, reinforce accountability, and provide practical solutions that help prevent incidents before they occur. Job Description Assist the Division Safety Manager in maintaining and advancing a safety program consistent with company standards and regulatory requirements. This includes pre-job planning, supporting task-specific procedures, and evaluating field performance. Monitor compliance, issue periodic reports, and develop action plans to improve results. Participate in creating and delivering impactful training for safety, personnel development, and crew engagement. Strong computer and reporting skills are essential to prepare accurate investigations, analyses, and documentation.
