Tryfacta is seeking a Registered Nurse-LTC for our client in Delano, CA 93215. This is a temporary 8 weeks contract assignment. If you meet the qualifications listed below and are interested, please apply now!

Location: Delano, CA 93215 Duration: 8 weeks Work Schedule: Night (3x12) 36/48GHR per week

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Provided comprehensive nursing care for adult and geriatric patients recovering from orthopedic, neurological, cardiac, stroke, and complex medical conditions requiring inpatient rehabilitation.
• Performed comprehensive physical and psychosocial assessments to identify patient care needs and establish individualized rehabilitation goals.
• Administered prescribed medications, IV therapies, blood products, and pain management interventions while monitoring patient responses.
• Collaborated with physicians, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, psychologists, and case managers to optimize patient recovery.
• Assisted patients in improving mobility, activities of daily living (ADLs), functional independence, and overall quality of life.
• Implemented behavioral health interventions for patients with coexisting psychiatric disorders, depression, anxiety, cognitive impairment, or behavioral challenges.
• Monitored vital signs, neurological status, respiratory function, cardiac rhythm, pain levels, and wound healing throughout hospitalization.

To be considered for this position, you should have:

• RN License CA State
• BLS by AHA
