Nursing Assistant

The Position

Minnesota Urology P.A. is hiring a part-time Nursing Assistant for our Edina clinic to help keep patient visits running smoothly and support providers and clinical staff.

Key responsibilities include assisting with rooming patients, setting up for procedures, cleaning and turning over exam rooms, processing labs, cleaning/sterilizing equipment, restocking supplies, and maintaining overall clinic cleanliness (lobby, exam rooms, bathrooms, hallways).

Required qualifications/skills:
- High school diploma required
- Certified Nursing Assistant in the state of MN preferred
- Prior medical/clinical experience

Schedule is Monday–Friday with regular daytime hours (no nights, weekends, or holidays). Pay range: $17.20–$21.50/hour. Apply today to be considered.

How Your Day Flows

You’ll start your shift in our onsite Edina clinic by checking the day’s schedule and getting oriented with the team’s priorities. Throughout the day, you’ll move between patient areas and clinical spaces, staying organized as needs change and helping keep the clinic on track. You’ll communicate frequently with nurses and providers, respond to patient questions with calm professionalism, and wrap up by making sure spaces are ready for the next day and that nothing is left behind for the next shift.
