Required Skills:
1.Five (5) years' (within the last 10 years) in project work and technical writing to include: detailed analysis, development and maintenance of business requirements, technical requirements, use cases and design documents
2.Five (5) years' experience (within the last 10 years) in project work in the Business Progress Reengineering (BPR) arena; at least three (3) years of said experience must have been mapping the current state of a business process and analyzing the business process to find gaps.
3.Five (5) years' (within the last 10 years) experience in project work in facilitating Joint Application Requirements (JAR)and Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions with project Subject Matter Experts and other technical staff.
4.Five (5) years' (within the last10 years) experience performing system test duties; writing scripts, executing scripts, creating test cases and test data, reviewing test results; also assisting with User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
5.Experience working with public pension systems or experience with Governmental Retirement Benefits and Health Programs functions and processes. Regards
