Antenna Test Technician

Mid-Level Antenna Test Technician This Mid-Level Antenna Test Technician role is designed to build on your Mechanical and Test Technician skills and abilities while providing continued development to enhance your skills for future opportunities that may include other more senior team contributor roles and advancement opportunities. In this role, you will support Antenna testing using RF equipment and Anechoic Chambers at our Littleton, Colorado manufacturing facility. The role primarily works 1st shift, 9‑80 schedule (every other Friday off), starting at 6 a.m. Basic Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent or combined education. Basic computer skills including experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Ability to work alternate shifts when required, including overtime, occasional holidays, and weekends to support critical business operations. Ability to decipher and follow various engineering specifications. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds. Ability to comprehend and follow work instructions. U.S. Citizen with ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance. Additional duties may be assigned by management. Desired Skills Ability to read and understand electrical schematics or process flow diagrams. Hands‑on experience with torque, wire routing, and other assembly processes. Knowledge of mechanical skills (e.g., basic piping, mechanical assembly). Familiarity using electrical multimeters and other test equipment. Low voltage electrical wiring skills. Basic understanding of instrumentation and process control. Basic understanding of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) and ladder logic. Capability to determine methods, operations, sequences, and develop or modify products and equipment to requirements. Understanding of basic troubleshooting principles. Support manufacturing operations as required. Suggest, evaluate, implement, and sustain process improvements. Team‑oriented work style. Solid interpersonal communication skills.
