Job Title

Registered Nurse – IMC/PCU/Stepdown

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (18:45–07:15)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a busy Cardiac Progressive Care Telemetry unit
• Monitor and interpret telemetry readings for cardiac and progressive care patients
• Float to other Medical/Surgical Telemetry units as needed
• Float to ICU for lowest acuity patients as required
• Document patient assessments and care accurately using Epic EMR

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license – compact or Tennessee state license required
• Minimum 1 year of Telemetry and/or PCU experience required
• AHA BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• NIHSS certification required
• Epic EMR experience within the past 12 months, clearly documented, required; candidates must pass a one-attempt Epic competency exam

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience floating across multiple unit types including Medical/Surgical Telemetry and ICU
• Strong cardiac assessment and progressive care skills
