What You'll Do

• Sell & Upsell - Actively engage with customers, identify their needs, and confidently recommend membership plans and add-on services to boost revenue.
• Deliver an Exceptional Customer Experience - Provide friendly, informative service, making each customer feel valued while explaining the benefits of repeat visits and exclusive deals.
• Transform Vehicles - Perform thorough exterior and interior cleaning, detailing, vacuuming, and waxing to exceed customer expectations.
• Keep It Spotless - Maintain a clean, organized workspace and ensure equipment is always in top shape.
• Be a Team Player - Support your team, assist with operations, and contribute to a high-energy, results-driven work environment.
• Ensure Safety & Efficiency - Follow all company procedures to ensure a safe, fast, and professional service experience.

What We're Looking For

Minimum Qualifications:

• A strong sales background with the confidence to recommend memberships and upgrades.
• A customer-first attitude with excellent communication skills is a must.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Attention to detail to ensure every car looks showroom ready.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous sales experience in a customer service role is a must.
• Experience in car detailing or vehicle maintenance.
