$110 - $130 per Day | Paid Training | Flexible Scheduling
Do you enjoy working with young children and helping them learn and grow? Teachers Now is hiring dependable Early Childhood Substitute Teachers to support Pre-K through 2nd grade classrooms throughout the Kansas City area.
No teaching certification is required. If you have at least a High School Diploma or GED , you may already qualify.
As an Early Childhood Substitute Teacher, you will help create a positive, nurturing learning environment for young students when their regular teacher is absent. You'll support daily classroom activities, encourage positive behavior, and help students stay engaged in learning.

For long-term assignments, substitutes may also develop and deliver lessons aligned with the school's curriculum and learning goals.
ScheduleAvailability: Monday through Friday
Full Day: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Half Day Options:
- 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Schedules may vary depending on school and program needs.
