Case Management Referral Coordinator

Detail-oriented and customer-focused, the part-time hourly Case Management Referral Coordinator will manage referral requests from start to finish in a fully remote environment, ensuring accurate data entry, appropriate assignment, and timely communication with customers. Key responsibilities: Managing the referral email inboxes and processing referral requests Utilizing the ALARISware System for entering and fulfilling referrals Collaborating with internal and external partners to enhance customer experience Required qualifications: Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant computer applications Basic business and customer service experience preferred Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong organizational and time management skills
