Engineering Project Manager

Overview:
Seeking an Engineering Project Manager (EPM) to lead technical delivery, cost, and schedule for the RSGS Trophy program, supporting advanced vehicle protection and countermeasure systems.
Key Responsibilities:

Own technical performance, cost, and schedule across engineering deliverables
Interface with customer and internal teams to ensure program execution aligns with contract requirements
Drive program planning, tracking, and reporting (milestones, risks, cost)
Lead cross-functional coordination across systems, software, and hardware teams

Compensation Starting At: $50/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience with overseeing projects for engineering programs in the defense industry
strong understanding of defense acquisition
understanding of the engineering lifecycle
Experience with overseeing cost and scheduling for DoD programs
