This is a hands-on client treatment position where you'll perform CoolSculpting and other non-invasive body-sculpting treatments in a professional, positive, spa-like environment.

You'll still work directly with clients and use your patient-care skills — but without overnight shifts or traditional bedside nursing.

No previous aesthetics or CoolSculpting experience is required. We provide full training.

A Nursing Role That Looks Different

This isn't a desk job — and it isn't traditional bedside nursing.

You'll work directly with clients performing hands-on body-contouring treatments , positioning and applying treatment equipment, monitoring clients throughout their treatments, educating them on their treatment plans and helping provide an exceptional experience from beginning to end.

For an LPN who enjoys patient interaction but wants a different environment, schedule and career direction , this is an opportunity to enter aesthetics without needing previous aesthetic experience.

Schedule Options- Set Schedule with 9 AM–9 PM Availability — many days may finish around 6 PM depending on the patient schedule

We are hiring for three consistent part-time schedule options- with the optertunity to add and extra day a week.

• Option 1: Every other Monday + Tuesday + every other Saturday
• Option 2: Wednesday + Thursday + every other Saturday
• Option 3: Friday + every other Saturday

Every other or every 3rd Saturday is required for all schedule options (based on schedule). 

Treatment days require availability from 9:00 AM–9:00 PM . Actual end times depend on client bookings, and some treatment days may finish around 6:00 PM .

Team members also participate in a rotating backup/on-call day to provide coverage in the event of an unexpected team member call-out.

What You'll Do

• Perform CoolSculpting and other non-invasive body-sculpting treatments after completing training
• Prepare clients and treatment areas
• Position clients and apply treatment equipment according to established protocols
• Monitor clients throughout treatments
• Educate clients on treatment expectations and aftercare
• Conduct appropriate client assessments within the LPN scope of practice
• Maintain accurate treatment documentation
• Deliver a professional, comfortable and high-quality client experience
• Maintain clean, organized and treatment-ready rooms

What We're Looking For

• Active Oklahoma LPN license — required
• Friendly, confident and professional
• Strong communication and client-service skills
• Comfortable performing hands-on treatments
• Dependable and able to work independently
• Interested in aesthetics, wellness and body contouring
• Motivated by client results and performance
• Available every other or 3rd Saturday
• Able to commit to one of the listed schedule options
• Willing to participate in a rotating backup/on-call schedule for unexpected call-out coverage

Previous aesthetics experience is NOT required. We're looking for the right LPN and will provide the training needed to successfully transition into aesthetics.

Compensation & Earning Potential

Base Pay: $27–$30/hour
Commission: Uncapped and paid monthly
$1,000 Sign-On Bonus

The sign-on bonus is paid in two installments:

• $500 after successfully completing 30 days of employment
• $500 after successfully completing 90 days of employment

Employee must remain actively employed and in good standing at the time each bonus payment is earned. Sign-on bonus is subject to applicable payroll taxes and company eligibility requirements.
