City Cave Southlake is an Australian-based premium wellness spa offering infrared sauna, float therapy, and massage services in a calm, elevated environment designed to help guests slow down, reset, and reconnect. We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Spa Attendant to support the behind-the-scenes operations that keep our spa running smoothly and our guest experience exceptional.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating organized, clean, and calming environments and takes pride in consistency, cleanliness, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Clean and reset sauna and float rooms between guests
• Maintain float pool chemical levels and complete water testing procedures
• Restock robes, towels, amenities, and supplies throughout the spa
• Receive, organize, and inventory linen deliveries
• Roll towels and maintain laundry organization
• Ensure all back-of-house areas remain clean and organized
• Assist with maintaining overall spa presentation and operational flow
• Support front-of-house team during busy periods as needed

• Ability to lift laundry bags, boxes, and supplies as needed

Schedule

Part-time position with weekday, evening, and weekend availability preferred.

• Two free infrared sauna sessions per month
• One free float per month
• $50 off massages
