Dealership: L0316 Crater Lake Ford Crater Lake Ford Service Receptionist Pay: $18.00 per hour Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm Do you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and keeping things running smoothly? We're looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our dealership team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy being the go-to person for customers and coworkers alike, we'd love to meet you! What You'll Do Answer all incoming phone calls according to company policies and in a friendly, prompt and professional manner. Page employees who are requested by customer either in person or via telephone. Transfer phone calls to appropriate parties promptly and accurately. Take phone messages when needed and ensure they are received by the appropriate person. Greet and assist all customers in a prompt, friendly and professional manner. Other duties as assigned.
