Job Opportunity – Physical Therapist, Skilled Nursing Facility – Seattle, WA 98126
Start Date: July 13, 2026
Location: Seattle, Washington
Schedule: Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts (08:00 - 16:30), 40 hours per week. No weekend requirement. Patient ratio 1:15-25.
Highlights:
- Long-term care and skilled nursing facility setting treating adult and geriatric populations
- 13-week assignment with guaranteed hours (facility may call off up to one shift per pay period)
- Black scrubs required; free parking provided
- Charting system: PointClickCare and Net Solutions experience preferred
- Local candidates accepted (within 50-75 mile radius at standard rate)
- Flexibility with floating between transitional care and long-term care units
Requirements:
- Active Washington Physical Therapist license (pending license accepted)
- Minimum 1-2 years of skilled nursing facility or long-term care experience required
- At least 1 year of travel healthcare experience preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- COVID-19 primary series vaccination plus one booster required
- Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
- Must have reliable personal transportation
