Honda of Altoona , part of the family-owned Gurley Leep Automotive Family , is looking for motivated, people-focused Sales Specialists to join our team.
If you enjoy building relationships, helping customers, and want high earning potential , this could be the right opportunity for you.
What You'll Do
Guide customers through a no-hassle vehicle-buying experience
Build relationships and identify the right vehicle for each customer
Explain payment options and help customers find solutions that fit their budget
Provide exceptional service throughout and after the sale
Build customer loyalty and connect customers with our Service Department

Requirements:
· High School diploma or equivalent
· Prior sales experience, retail preferred
· Excellent interpersonal, consultative, and communication skills
· Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience
· Valid driver’s license and an acceptable and clean driving record
