Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop tailored therapeutic strategies for clients. \n
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, fostering healing and growth. \n
- Implement a variety of therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy. \n
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including doctors, psychiatrists, and social workers, to ensure cohesive client care and support. \n
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation, adhering to ethical and legal standards in practice. \n
- Engage in continuing education and professional development opportunities to stay informed of current trends and research in the mental health field. \n
Your work will focus on a diverse population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues, as well as clients dealing with substance use and mental health disorders. Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field. \n
- Current and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee. \n
- A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical counseling role, demonstrating a robust understanding of therapeutic practices. \n
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele. \n
- Proficient in electronic medical record (EMR) software and other relevant technologies to streamline workflow and documentation processes. \n
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team-oriented healthcare environment. \n

- Specialization or additional training in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, substance use disorders, or trauma-informed care is highly desirable. \n
- Experience working with underserved populations or individuals with limited access to mental health services, particularly in outpatient settings. \n
- A strong knowledge of legal and ethical standards governing mental health practices. \n

- Competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. \n
