Key Responsibilities:
- Assist pharmacists in dispensing medications accurately and efficiently.
- Process prescription orders and ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Assist with stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, rotating inventory, and monitoring product expiration dates.
- Receive, unpack, and organize inventory deliveries while maintaining an orderly storage area.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare professionals.
- Manage inventory and restock medications as needed.
- Follow all state and federal regulations regarding pharmacy practices.
- Answer and direct phone calls appropriately.
- Process all sales transactions with operation of cash register.
- Direct customers to the appropriate pharmacy staff for prescription-related or OTC inquiries.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional pharmacy environment, including workstations, break areas, restrooms, and other common areas in accordance with company cleanliness standards.

Education/Licenses:
- High School Degree or equivalent
- Active State of Montana Certified Pharmacy Technician License
