Enrollment Specialist

Careerscape is supporting a client opening for a Remote Entry-Level Enrollment Specialist. This role focuses on assisting applicants through the enrollment process, reviewing application documents, maintaining accurate records, providing customer support, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Guide applicants through the enrollment process
• Review applications for accuracy and completeness
• Verify required documents and information
• Maintain accurate enrollment records and databases
• Respond to applicant inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Update applicant information in internal systems
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve enrollment issues
• Monitor application status and follow up as needed
• Ensure compliance with enrollment policies and procedures
• Prepare enrollment reports and documentation
• Maintain confidentiality of applicant information
• Perform additional enrollment and administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Education, or a related field preferred
• 0–2 years of experience in customer service, administration, admissions, enrollment, office support, or related roles
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and database systems
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
