Come join us!You will:Independently manage and provide full-scope midwifery care in our outpatient clinic including comprehensive obstetric and gynecological servicesCollaborate with clinical colleagues (including OB/GYNs; RNs; LCSWs, health coaches, lactation counselors, childbirth educators and other specialists)Provide day-to-day expertise and leadership on Labor & Delivery, including in-house clinical coverageTriage and care for emergent obstetric patients, working collaboratively with RNs and OB/GYNsProvide first assist surgical supportParticipate in quality improvement initiativesAttend skills training and drills for high acuity/low frequency eventsQualificationsExperience in managing intrapartum, postpartum, and OB triage in a hospital setting (2 yrs experience preferred)Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative OB/CNM practiceStrong communication skills and intrapersonal skillsValue patient preferences/choice, shared decision making, and a holistic care approachNeonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by start dateActive certification with AMCBCurrent RN and APRN license in TXAdditional certifications in Obstetric Ultrasound, Advanced Fetal Monitoring, and/or Lactation consultation are preferredBenefitsCompetitive compensationLeadership training and advancement opportunities, if desiredDiana Health CultureHaving a growth mindset and striving for continuous learning and improvementPositive, can do / how can I help attitudeEmpathy for our team and our clientsTaking ownership and driving to resultsBeing scrappy and resourceful
