Sr Resort Executive Host, Far East

Summary Statement The Sr. Resort Executive Host, Far East develops and maintains relationships with targeted gaming/non-gaming resort patrons through personal contact in order to generate incremental revenues. The Sr. Resort Executive Host will assist with our clientele and has a passion for meeting and assisting gaming/non-gaming resort guests. Primary Job Duties Manage all aspects of the guest’s visit (book spa, dining, in-room dining amenities, ground transportation, cabanas, hotel rooms, establish casino credit, oversee folio check-out, etc.) for guests. Cultivate and identify patrons with incremental spend throughout the resort. Assist international clientele. Interact with players in person on property, as well as via telephone, e-mail, text message, and written correspondence. Provide information to the team and property leadership related to guest feedback, suggestions, concerns, or issues. Adhere to Resorts World Las Vegas policies and procedures as well as Title31 compliance requirements. Obtain and maintain position-specific licensing. Use personal device/cellular phone for job-related operational tasks, job duties, review of company documents, etc. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Effective communication skills in English. Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Polished appearance and demeanor. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to obtain and maintain full knowledge of company and department rules, regulations, policies, and procedures. Strong existing following of mass premium and high-end patrons. Minimum3years working in a large, luxury resort setting. Minimum3years Resort Marketing or premium customer hosting experience. Minimum Education and Experience At least 21years of age. High school diploma or equivalent. Certificates, Licenses, Regulations Proof of eligibility to work in the United States. Ability to obtain a Nevada Gaming Registration. Physical Demands Work is typically performed in a luxury property setting. Must be tolerant to varying conditions of noise level, temperature, illumination, and air quality. Prolonged sitting/standing, bending and reaching, transporting, pushing, pulling, lifting, and maneuvering items weighing up to 10lbs. Eye/hand coordination.
